Q.Can I check out later?
A.If you would like a late check-out, the following additional fees will be payable.
Please note that, depending on our bookings, we may not be able to accommodate your request for late check-out.
From 11:00 am until 2:00 p.m.: One-third of the accommodation fee
From 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.: Half of the accommodation fee
From 5:00 p.m. onward: Full night’s accommodation fee
Q.Will it be all right if I check in late at night?
A.Front Reception is open 24 hours a day. If you know your approximate arrival time, please let us know when you book or contact Front Reception. If you expect to be later than at 8pm, be sure to contact us.
Q.Will you look after my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A.The reception on the 1st floor will look after your luggage.
Q.When do I need to cancel by? Do you charge a cancellation fee?
A.If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so at least two days prior to the date of your booking.
Cancellations beyond that date will attract the following cancellation fees under the Hotel’s Accommodation Agreement.
Day before: 20% of the accommodation fee
Day of booking: 80% of the accommodation fee
No-show (without contact): 100% of the accommodation fee
*If you have booked online and cancel through the booking site, we will send you a Notice of Cancellation by e-mail from the booking site.
If cancelling on the day of your booking, please do so by telephoning the hotel’s Reservations section directly.
Cancellation terms differ for group bookings of eight guests or more, so please check with the group bookings officer.
Q.If I book online or through a travel agency, can I take advantage of other discounts concurrently?
A.We do not accept concurrent use of other discounts.
Q.Do you have a children’s price? Also, up to what age may I co-sleep with my child in the same bed?
A.Children under elementary school age stay free of charge if they do not require their own bed and sleep in the same bed as a parent.
However, co-sleeping is not permitted in principle in the Single Room with Extra Bed and Standard Semi-Double Room.
Q.Is there a curfew?
A.There is no curfew, but after midnight some entrances are locked.
Q.Do you have non-smoking rooms?

We provide non-smoking rooms. Please request a non-smoking room when you make your reservation.
*Please note there are only a limited number of non-smoking rooms available. If no non-smoking room is available, a smoking room will be deodorized for you.
Q.What is the Single Room with Extra Bed?
A.An extra bed (100 cm wide) has been added to a City Single Room (20 sqm) to accommodate two guests.
Q.What amenities and equipment are in the rooms?
A.All guest rooms are fitted with the following amenities, etc.

・Shampoo/conditioner/body wash (pump dispensers)

Q.Can I borrow a video deck, CD player, or DVD player?
A.You can borrow a Blu-ray player/DVD player (also plays CDs) free of charge.
There is only a limited number available, so please book by telephone as soon as possible.
Q.Can I use the internet in my room?
A.All guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. You will need a password to access the Wi-Fi network, which you will find in the room.
You can also connect to the internet via LAN cable. (There is a LAN cable in every room.)
Wireless LAN is also available in the lobby and in the restaurants.
We also have a limited number of laptop computers available to rent (¥1,000 per night). (These computers cannot be booked.)
Q.Do you have rooms that accommodate wheelchairs?
A.Yes, we have one such room, so please forgive us if it is already booked.
Wheelchairs will fit through the door of the other room types as well.
Q.Can I stay with my pet?
A.Guests are asked to refrain from bringing their pets into the hotel. However, assistance dogs and sight and hearing guide dogs can stay at the hotel.
Please let us know when you make your booking.
Q.Are you able to take messages for me while I am staying at the hotel?
A.Yes, we will take messages. Please ask at Front Reception.
Q.Can I send my luggage ahead by courier service?
A.Write down the name of the staying guest and the date of the booking (check-in) on the form and
send it to the following address by about three days prior to the check-in date.

Q.Can I send something by courier service from the hotel?
The front reception on the 1st floor will do this for you.
The courier desk next to the bellhop desk on the 1st floor will do this for you.
Q.Can I use the hotel parking?
A.Staying guests may use the hotel parking lot for a fee of ¥600 per night (regular passenger vehicles only) from noon of the day check-in until noon of the day they check out. (For times outside the above hours, an additional ¥100 will be charged for every subsequent 20 minutes.)

Q.Do you have a restaurant where I can have breakfast?
A.Our restaurants are not bookings-only establishments, but we recommend booking for lunch and dinner.
Of course, walk-ins are welcome if there are tables available on the day.
Bookings are not available for breakfast time, so we recommend that you come with time to spare.
Q.Do you have parking? Is there a discount on the parking fees?
A.The hotel does have parking.
Restaurant patrons may park their vehicles free of charge for up to three hours if they spend ¥3,000 or more. (For times outside the above hours, an additional ¥700 will be charged for the first hour and ¥400 for every subsequent 30 minutes.) Please ask the staff when paying your restaurant bill.
We regret that parking spaces cannot be booked. If the hotel parking is full, you will be directed to a nearby parking facility under the same conditions.
